Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Anaya’s Beauty Bar. We are committed to providing premium-quality hair and skincare products designed with your wellness in mind. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of the delivery date. After 3 days have passed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required to complete any return or refund request.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal care items. The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: opened or used hair and skincare products, gift cards, and any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not caused by Anaya’s Beauty Bar. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, please contact your bank, as processing delays may occur. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@anayasbeautybar.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@anayasbeautybar.com within 3 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs for all returns or exchanges.
